GRC Leadership Consulting Company started its professional activity in 2016.

GRC is a Leadership Consulting Company that provides services to private and non-profit organizations both in the region and in Azerbaijan. Our main task is to complete the "missing part of the puzzle" by finding the right person that organizations want and providing management solutions to the management. GRC's main pillars are reliability and professionalism.

We serve our customers with a global mindset (recognizing and respecting cultural differences). For this reason, we select our consultants only from professionals with proven experience and ethical standards in customer service. Our company provides new, advanced and sustainable management search services for all types of business, from FMCG to Finance, from IT to B2B.

We would also like to note that from 2019, we were registered as a consultant within the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development's (EBRD) Small Business Support Program which allows us to support our potential clients.

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) helps small and medium-sized businesses to grow, succeed, and then grow again, becoming a real catalyst for local economies and then regions, and liaising with local consultants to develop small and medium-sized businesses.

Thus, around 50% of the total service fee for a project that GRC Leadership Consulting Company will implement for its clients can be covered by the EBRD's Small Business Support Program. For this, the beneficiary company, as well as the scope of the consulting project, must meet the EBRD's eligibility criteria. Through this program, GRC will also contribute to support of the development of small and medium enterprises in our country.

Small and medium-sized enterprises that will benefit from our GRC-EBRD partnership projects must meet the following criteria to receive local consulting services:

  • The number of employees should be from 15 to 250
  • Annual turnover must be less than 50 million euros or balance sheet total less than 43 million euros
  • The enterprise should be majority privately owned and majority owned by local nationals
  • Should have been in operation for a minimum of 2 years
  • Areas of activity: The entity must operate in any sector in which the EBRD operates (excluding banking, financial services, insurance). There are some restrictions on prohibited sectors and areas of activity (e.g tobacco industry, gambling, wildlife trade, pesticide and herbicide trade)
